Love this sweet "Imagination Fairy".Hope you are having a great long weekend !
This is so darn cute!!!! Love the border!!!!And yes, I always had a plaid dress for fall and school!!!! I still like plaids!!!
That being said, having a nice plaid dress is also more important than completing worksheets. Kathy, you're a fine girl; what a good wife you would be.
Amen I say to that!! I have a seven year old granddaughter who goes to a very expensive, private girls' school. She frequently complains that she is not allowed to use her imagination and she is frustrated. Imagination is more important than the knowledge AND we could add that great teachers make great schools, in spite of how grand or how humble a school may be.Alberta, your postcard is wonderful and I know that your students must count themselves very lucky!!
i have to say i think this is my favorite for tonight! love the border and the quote!!
Albert was such a smarty! Mission accomplished: artsy lesson plans made for exploring Romeo and Juliet AND West Side Story! Yahoo! I love your postcard! LOVE IT!
OMG! this is so cute, it would take the fillings out of your teeth (as my mother would, rather curiously remark) Inspired!
This is really sweet, love the border :) And thank you for your kind words :)
Alberta, thank you for visiting and leaving a kind comment on my blog! I enjoyed looking at your beautiful work here!Your SPA-card is so fantastic!
Very cool! I love the art, but I love the saying even more. I teach far too many kids who are more worried about memoring stuff than using their creativity. It's beyond sad.
Alberta you've done it again. It's inspirational.
Wonderful postcard and the quote is so perfect(and from Einstein ,no less)! Always inspiring Alberta!
What a sweet card Alberta! Great quote too.Cindy :)
This is quirky and wise, delightful and artful. I love it!
I love everything about this....especially the quote!
I just adore this work of art as well as all the wonderful quotes.. I've always told my family "that a picture is worth a thousand words... but when you combine it with a few words it becomes priceless"Staci
You should publish this on Zazzle or Cafepress if you haven't already. It's a really strong piece.
