Art and Antiques

Located between the eastern edge of suburban Atlanta and Athens, the sleepy southern town of Monroe, is Georgia's newest antique destination for shoppers and dealers alike. The historic district of Monroe is home to more than five large antique malls and is definitely worth the drive from Atlanta, whether your looking for funky mid-century furniture, a painting by popular folk artist Cornbread, vintage clothing, or primitive antique treasures. Hodge Podge Arts, Antiques, and Interiors is located in the Cotton Warehouse built in the 1800's in the heart of downtown Monroe, and I am thrilled that I recently hung six of my paintings there.
