Rain, Rain Go Away

Mary Grace and Elle

Mary Grace and Elle want to play. These girls don't let a little rain get in their way, though, I'll bet. Here's the finished piece I was working on a couple of weeks ago. I am currently accepting commissions, and I would love to create a painting especially for you. There is a waiting list, so call or email me today to reserve your spot!

Oh WOW, they turned out so beautifully! I love all the movement you've captured here- just gorgeous!
Happy Paint Party Friday (a day late;))

P.S. I thought of you yesterday as my husband was turning the car around in the parking lot at Decatur Gallery....one of these days, I'll come see you in real life- are you still there on Sundays?

I love love love LOVE this.
I love how a few seconds after you look at it you realize there are two girls not one... I love how it unfolds yet it is simple... you look closer and the colors are so diverse and really give you the feeling of water falling.
Thank you for creating this.

Nice to see you at the TAW umbrella challenge, Kathy. I've been following your art adventures, and applauding your success! (...but I have to admit I miss the journal pages of old ...)

I miss the journal pages too, Bev. So much so that I'm thinking about using the style in a much larger format, perhaps on plexi- glass. So stay tuned!
