Crazy Amigo Challenge

Another Journal Page From the Road

If I create from the heart, nearly everything works; if from the head almost nothing.

-Marc Chagall

I was in the Art Attic by 8:00, didn't even walk my three miles this morning, haven't taken a bath, but I did finish two new journal pages, frame a Daphne Covington print, rearrange paint shelves, hang two of Mary Ann Wakeley's gorgeous abstracts, and a print from the Queen of Arts, rework the blue on the big painting, and read the new issue of Cloth, Paper, Scissor's Studio. Talk about a perfect day!

FAntastic piece! And it is SO true.
When I create from my heart it is so much better than trying to use my head!
I will have to take a cue from you about painting in the middle of the night. I too have those nights where I lie awake and I'm thinking about all the things I want to get done. I ususally just stay in bed until I fall back asleep but I think I'll head to my art studio next time. Your painting is wonderful. Can't wait to see it finished.
hugs,
cathy

Excellent, we all get accused of 'losing our heads' so this is perfect for the lady theme. Beautiful art-piece, Alberta!

Some of my best "stuff" comes from what I call my midnight epiphanies, Alberta. My guess is, once you'd created this lovely piece, you slept like a baby!! Thanks for sharing it.
